An opportunity has come about for an agent to join our M11 agency team dealing with all aspects of sales and letting commerical property as well as developments. The successful applicant will have a positive outlook and a proactive approach to drive our agency business forward.

Commercial Property Management
Based in our London Head Office

We are seeking a chartered surveyor who is a commercial property management specialist with a minimum of three years relevant experience to join our expanding vibrant department of 35 staff, administering commercial property throughout Englands and Wales.

You will have your own portfolio of clients with a variety of mainly commercial properties working closely with a Director in a small team.

We believe in an all round service to satisfy our demanding clients. You will be expected to advise them on strategy, portfolio improvement and adding value, as well as the full range of management duties. You will also have control of professional work and valuations within your portfolio.
