We are national auctioneers, holding six combined commercial and residential auctions per year, and have a substantial UK-wide property management department that manages over 3,000 units. Our commercial agency departments specialise in offices, retail and industrial property as well as community and medical properties, restaurants and some leisure units.

Our Valuation & Advisory team carry out a wide variety of valuations including loan security valuations for lenders as well as valuations for balance sheet and many other purposes. They are well-known for their rent reviews, lease renewals and leasehold reform throughout Greater London and the South East.

Strettons' graduate scheme is unique in offering hands-on experience with specialists who have been with the firm for decades. We have had a 100% success rate for APC exams for the last couple of years and continue to grow our team of Chartered Surveyors.
