We are national auctioneers, holding six combined commercial and residential auctions per year, and have a substantial UK-wide property management department that manages thousands of units. Our commercial agency departments specialise in offices, retail and industrial property as well as community and medical properties, restaurants and leisure. The residential agency team covers sales, lettings and new homes throughout East & North London. 

Our Valuation & Advisory teams carry out a variety of services including commercial and residential valuations, leasehold reform, rent reviews, lease renewals, development consultancy and affordable housing throughout Greater London and the South East.
