Industrial Agency - Marketing & Database Administrator, E11

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Industrial Agency team, based at our headquarters in Leytonstone.  This role will work alongside our agency and marketing team to help drive our database and listings forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with general adhoc administration duties
  • Manage property data across all property databases and portals
  • Answer phones, register and upload applicants/client details to our system in line with GDPR
  • Qualify phone and email leads to register requirements into our agency database
  • Perform regular data cleansing to ensure all information is correct and in line with GDPR
  • Manage applicant requirements/enquiries through logging and continual maintenance of database
  • Ensure prompt marketing of all new properties, including multi-agency appointments
  • Perform weekly quality checks and update/liaise with the agency team on any key changes
  • Collate information for data/statistical analysis
  • Work closely with the Marketing team on a marketing strategy for the industrial agency department
  • Produce marketing particulars and upload them to strettons.co.uk and relevant portals
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations/pitch packs design work etc.
  • Prepare and communicate relevant case studies and PR announcements to the Marketing team
  • Work with our Marketing team to prepare and coordinate regular direct mail and targeted email shots to potential clients/applicants
  • Monitor and take responsibility for the presentation of all instructions across portals and the website
  • Coordinate the preparation of external brochures and other marketing material
  • Organise photography, and any other relevant 3D/video content
  • Assist with providing content to our industrial social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook)

  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise multiple projects
  • Assertive and takes initiative on progressing projects and tasks
  • Good attention to detail, creativity, and presentation of printed and online material
  • Team player and able to communicate well with staff across all the agency teams
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products
  • Database experience with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience of marketing and/or an interest in digital marketing, social media and other online channels to communicate and develop our business
