Receivership Case Manager, E11

We are seeking a dynamic and hardworking Case Manager to join our growing Property Receivership team. The candidate may have experience in property management or a professional services background and is looking for a change into a role that will handle all property types nationwide.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property inspections
  • Report writing
  • Managing the case tracker to ensure all tenancy details and statutory obligations are fulfilled
  • Arranging building works
  • Tenant liaison and reporting to clients on a regular basis
  • Working on final statements on excel

 

The successful candidate will work in a small team reporting to an Associate Director. the role is a full-time position, based at our Head Office in Leytonstone, E11.
