Account Handler, Insurance, E11
We are looking for an Account Handler to assist our Insurance team with admin support and sales. The department specialises in arranging commercial buildings insurance for landlords. Due to the significant growth of the account, we are able to expand the department and offer an exciting opportunity within the team.
- Prepare and send renewal documents.
- Upload premium information to our accounting system.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the firm and externally.
- Liaise with our marketing department and contact prospective clients.
- Assist with quotes and policy updates.
- Respond to client queries.
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with landlords.
- The ability to communicate well by phone and email.
- Ability to build rapport and relationships.
- Self-motivation and good attention to detail are required.
- The ability to communicate well with other departments.
- Previous insurance experience not essential but welcomed.
