Geneviève MarinerBSc FRICSDirector Leasehold Reform & Enfranchisement
Specialist in the valuation of lease extensions and buying the freeholds of flats and houses in London and the Home Counties. She provides litigation advice particularly in relation to leasehold.
Geneviève was appointed by the Secretary of State as the Valuation Director of the Board of LEASE in 2008. She also served as the past Chairman of London Matrics and was a past member of RICS Council of England, RICS Commercial Property Faculty and London Regional Board.
Geneviève contributes to the press and lectures on residential leasehold issues. In 2012, she contributed a chapter on valuation to a book entitled “Leasehold Enfranchisement and the Right to Manage”, published by the Law Society, and is editing her second.
Geneviève lives in Kent near the Thames with her partner, Chris, and cat, Rufus. Her special pleasure is photography, much to the annoyance of her loved ones, who inevitably end up posing for her. Her proudest moment recently was producing her first batch of home-made jam from home grown raspberries.
