Mark Iliffe


Mark has over 25 years’ experience in Property Management, Landlord and Tenant and Arbitration. Having qualified as a Member of the RICS in 1994 and after a spell in the West End, Mark joined Strettons in 1996. Having specialised in rent reviews and lease renewals for a while Mark further developed his Arbitration skills completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration in 2007.

Mark was appointed a Director of Strettons in 2003 and has been developing our very successful Property Management Department focusing on providing professional expertise with an emphasis on added value.  His skill set has seen him advise some of our largest clients and provide expert advice on service charge and landlord and Tenant disputes.

Whilst still turning out for the occasional game of Cricket Mark is an enthusiastic Rugby and Cricket fan and particularly enjoys spending time with his two sons. He is also a keen fly fisherman and supports a number of his community organisations.
