Philip Waterfield


Philip joined Strettons in 1987 after 5 years of working in the public sector. 

He has wide-ranging valuation and agency experience including traditional and unusual properties, especially in the D1/D2 sector acting for public, private and charity clients.

Philip is a board member of RICS and the Real Estate Auction Group which he shares his expertise towards the standardisation of industry-wide practices. As a board member, he edited the 6th edition of the RICS Guidance Note for auctioneers selling UK real estate.

Additionally, Philip is a member of both the Committee Club and Hermes Club.

His outside interests are centred on family life and keeping up with four teenagers. He creates some free time for cycling, yoga, accordion lessons, practising Danish, church bell ringing and walking the dogs.
