Project Summary

The borrower was in occupation of this prime north west London house, which was against the terms of the loan and so we instructed solicitors to commence possession proceedings.  ​

At the same time, we sought to gain the trust of the borrower in order to allow private treaty marketing.  ​

The pressure of marketing encouraged the borrower to re-finance, and we subsequently terminated our appointment. ​
