Project Summary

RIBA design award winning house with private beach and slipway the other side of the estuary from Fowey.  ​

While stunning, the issue with unusual properties is that value is very subjective. 

Add to this disrepair, a private sewage system and title issues. Once we commissioned a stunning aerial marketing video to fully show the uniqueness of this house and location, the marketing progressed.
