Project Summary

The Rangemoor Estate is made of 9 Units of circa. 5,000 ft² per unit.

The estate as a whole has previously been occupied by independently owned businesses, from the likes of dry cleaners, manufacturers and storage companies. However, with the arrival of Screwfix the estate is slowly being transformed to a trade counter location.

Strettons have encouraged the growth of a trade counter scheme with Topps Tiles taking a lease at a rent equating to circa £14.50 per ft² per annum exclusive, and another national trade counter due to complete a lease in early 2017.

Strettons have worked with the landlords to improve the estate and maximise rents on the estate thus increasing our clients’ investment value.
