Mixed-use building of offices, restaurants and residential

Project Summary

This mixed-use Victorian Era, Grade II listed building is arranged over four floors and attracts many quality tenants including Radio Alice and Timothy Everis. The property is located in Shoreditch and within walking distance of Old Street Station (0.4 miles), Shoreditch High Street Station (0.3 miles) and Hoxton Station (0.4 miles).

Once Strettons was appointed as managing agents, we advised on external upgrades, which included repairing the deck, re-roofing and refurbishing windows.

When Strettons was appointed as managing agents the ground was used as a restaurant, but it could only be used as a training facility. The tenants changed the planning to a normal restaurant with our guidance, so since it’s been managed by Strettons the space has gone from unoccupied to taking placement by Radio Alice who is part of the Azure Group, with Strettons helping to increase the rent roll for the client.
