Strettons Asset Management team were appointed to manage this modern, standalone office building, which attracts creative and tech occupiers such as web developers and Tiny Temper.
The client bought a long-leasehold of this property, departing from their typical portfolio of flexible/co-working spaces which Strettons has managed for them previously.
Prior to our instruction, the managing agent had many contacts in place that weren’t carried through, so we acted quickly to ensure continuity of service when taking over building management. The team evaluated all remaining contracts and saw where they could make sure the client was getting the best service.
Early on, as part of our standard take-on procedure, we brought in a security consultant to see where coverage could be improved and some quick wins were made to secure the building.
We work with our City & City Fringe Commercial Agency team to ensure occupancy remains high and our complimentary services work together to provide comprehensive advice.
Knowing the previous events that have happened in the building, Strettons were proactive to solve issues that are known to have occurred in the past and also actively protect from future liabilities.
