Residential Block Management Wins Customer Service Award
Strettons is pleased to share that our Residential Block Management team took home the Customer Service Award at News on the Block's Property Management Awards 2018.
The award ceremony, which was their largest to date, took place on Friday 23rd November and included categories for both companies and individuals. Event organiser, News on the Block, is an organisation which helps and provides advice to flat owners and professionals working in the residential flat industry. The category for Customer Service saw Strettons shortlisted along with five other candidates.
Strettons’ Block Management Department comprises an experienced, qualified team with over 146 years combined experience who deliver a transparent property management service tailored to the needs of its clients.
Led by Sharon Brandelli (BSc MIRPM AssocRICS MARLA) and Louise Munday (FARLA MIRPM AssocRICS), the team has seen notable growth in block management instructions over recent years, mostly through word of mouth from clients and growth within our existing client base. Louise Munday, Head of Residential Block Management said, “We are really pleased to receive this award in recognition of all the hard work the Block Management Team put in to provide a good customer service to all of our clients”.
Their professional, pragmatic and comprehensive approach to serving clients has been integral to the growth of our block management department. With a clearly articulated vision to raise the standards of service within the industry, supported by a rigorous programme of CPD and a shared set of consistent, ethical business systems, they ensure that they are well-placed to offer the best service to clients.
