Planning Permission Granted For Juniper House

Waltham Forest Council has announced that it has approved plans for the regeneration of the former Council offices at Juniper House in Hoe Street, Walthamstow, opposite Walthamstow Central Station. The plans will now go to the Greater London Authority for final approval.

New Homes For Hoe Street, Walthamstow

Work is now underway for the creation of 54 affordable homes across two sites on Hoe Street in Walthamstow thanks to a partnership between the Islington and Shoreditch Housing Association (ISHA), Waltham Forest Council and the Greater London Authority (GLA).
