There is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional graduate to join our diverse Property Management team in Shoreditch, EC2A.
Key responsibilities:
- Lease analysis
- Asset management
- Debt collection
- Property inspections
- Communication with tenants, contractors and reporting to clients
- Administrative duties
There could also be an opportunity to gain Landlord & Tenant experience, with responsibility for your own portfolio likely to be given, at an early stage during your career with us.
The successful candidate will work in a small team reporting to a Chartered Surveyor and overseen by a director. The role is a full-time position (Mon-Fri, 9.00-17.30) and full APC graduate training will be provided. Strettons' APC graduate scheme offers a tailored and varied experience.
