Strettons has appointed Finn Ledwidge as Director within its Office Agency team, with a focus on its Capital Markets and Investment business, as the firm further develops its specialist team in the City and City Fringe market.
He joins from City Fringe agency Anton Page, where he was an Equity Partner.
With more than 20 years’ experience as a commercial agent in the City Fringe and East London, Finn joins Strettons’ Office Agency team to grow the firm’s investment and freehold sales instructions, acting on acquisitions and disposals of office and mixed-use assets.
Mark Bolton, Managing Director of Strettons, said: “Bringing in someone of Finn’s experience says a lot about where we’re taking Strettons. The recent move to our HQ in Shoreditch put us right in the heart of the City Fringe, and strengthening our agency and capital markets team is a big part of our plans.
“There’s a huge amount of change happening across our core markets in the City Fringe, east and north east London. Finn knows these markets inside out, which means we can bring opportunities to investors and occupiers earlier and help our clients transact quickly. We are all looking forward to working with him.”
Finn Ledwidge said: “Strettons has an excellent reputation in the City and City Fringe with decades of experience. This, and its multidisciplinary structure, is what attracted me to the firm. Its profile has grown a lot in recent years, and I’m keen to add my experience in investment and capital markets and to work with a range of investors.
“Mark’s vision for where Strettons is going was a big factor in my decision to join, and I’m looking forward to working with him and the wider team to achieve those goals.”
Over the past 18 months, Strettons’ Capital Markets team has advised on transactions upwards of £250 million across the City Fringe, wider London and the rest of the UK.
