The Title Plan takes priority over that in the catalogue. The property is within a conservation area. The term of the licence is 3 years from 01.07.2003 (holding over). Notwithstanding the rent quoted in the licence, this was reduced to £1,100 p.a. by way of an informal arrangement between the parties.
