A Variation of Condition was GRANTED by Northampton Borough Council on 11.03.2019 (Ref: N/2017/1570) for variation of condition 6 of planning permission N/2016/1138 to vary approved plans and allow for internal subdivision of units and external and internal alterations. Approved plans show 60 x 1 bed flats and 1 commercial unit of 2,740 sq ft (254.5 sq m). Contrary to the original marketing particulars, we understand that VAT will not be payable as the property is being sold by a lender under a power of sale. The lender has not itself opted to tax and we cannot verify whether or not the legal owner has opted to tax. Please note that the guide price has been amended to £1,375,000 plus.
