The property is situated close to the village of Haslington, 2 miles to the east of Crewe and 4 miles to the south of Sandbach. The village has seen a number of recent residential developments.
The property enjoys a rural position on a single track road just a short distance from the village. It occupies a secluded location with views towards open countryside beyond. The property is conveniently positioned with access to the nearby major commercial centres of Manchester, Chester, Stoke-on-Trent and Crewe.

The main building, Haslington Hall dates from 1480 and is Grade I listed. There are three further ancillary buildings within the grounds, being a three bedroom detached building, a business centre/offices and a four stall stable block.
The main house comprises three main reception rooms to the ground floor together with an additional area which is used as a commercial kitchen. There is also a farm house style residential kitchen together with administrative offices, large reception area together with utility and boiler rooms and stores.
