The property is situated close to the village of Haslington, 2 miles to the east of Crewe and 4 miles to the south of Sandbach. The village has seen a number of recent residential developments.

The property enjoys a rural position on a single track road just a short distance from the village. It occupies a secluded location with views towards open countryside beyond.
