Quality Policy

Dedicated to a process of continuous improvement, Strettons has a reputation for providing a wide range of high quality service to the property and related industries, which is reflected in the Company's long-standing accreditation to ISO9001.

The Directors and senior management team recognise the significance of an effective Management System, and have the ultimate responsibility for this within the Company. The Associate Director - Auctions (IM) has the responsibility for management of quality issues, and for the day to day operation and development of the Management System.

It is the objective of the Company to provide services that satisfy all client needs and applicable statutory and regulatory obligations, and where possible exceed expectations for quality, cost and performance. This objective is achieved through our commitment to effective business management, and by operation of the Management System.

It is the responsibility of senior management to actively seek to improve the effectiveness of the Organisation's Management System. To facilitate this aim, the Management System and risks to its effectiveness are regularly reviewed, and objectives and targets set where improvement opportunities are identified.

The Company's continued success is attributable to the competence of employees. The Company recognises its duty to provide resources for the development of employee's skills. All employees undergo induction training, where they gain an understanding of the importance of the Management System in relation to their own job and the Company as a whole, and are trained in all aspects of Company systems and processes that they will need to be familiar with to carry out their job roles effectively. It is expected of all employees that they adhere to the agreed processes and procedures, and endeavour to maintain the highest level of quality at all times.

The prosperity and security of the Company, together with everyone associated with it, ultimately depends on our ability to provide services that are consistently in accordance with our own standards and our client's needs.

This policy is displayed at E11 but is also available on the computer and to third parties on request.
