Project Summary

The site was previously used as a scaffold yard and warehouse with first-floor office accommodation. A purchase price was achieved in February 2013 of £500,000 and the site was sold on a subject to planning basis for a residential scheme.

Planning proved to be very difficult to obtain at the site but was eventually granted after several design reconfigurations. The site now comprises of a new build development including seven (3 bed) luxury purpose built mews houses in a quiet cul de sac located off Daventry Avenue, E17.

These mews houses have been completed to an exceptional standard with an attractive range of fixtures and fittings.

The asking price for the 3 bedroom units ranged from £529,995 to £589,995. (This was during spring/summer of 2016.)
