Our Affordable Housing consultancy sits within our Development Consultancy team.
We provide market-facing valuation and development consultancy advice direct to Housing Associations/Registered Providers, private and public sectors. Our advice is in the form of early market intelligence, assessing the viability of a project and RICS Red Book valuations. We act for large and smaller Registered Providers covering a range of services, ranging from general property valuations to the specialist affordable housing sector. We are on Valuation Frameworks for both Local Authorities and Registered Providers.
We provide valuations of new residential-led developments and existing stock for Registered Providers and private developers to help assess the value of affordable and private tenure units, plus undeveloped property. We undertake work from the initial design stage for new build developments at various points in the development process until the units are brought to the market. We also assist clients in positioning affordable and private tenure housing to ensure the best scheme is delivered in terms of design, demand, and value.
