Strettons manages this office building which is located in Whitechapel just off the Commercial Road and adjacent to the Royal London Hospital and is within walking distance of Whitechapel Station.
The office building is largely over two floors comprising of 24 office suites, it attracts many types of tenants including major UK Charities and educational bodies.
There were a number of tenancies on short leases and outside the Landlord & Tenant Act, as well as tenancies at will.
None of these offered any security of tenure to the tenants. The property management teams remit was to seek means to provide a better level of security to both the landlord and tenants alike.
