 New venture to provide complete new build development consultancy, marketing and sales service for developers, housing associations and local authorities in London and the Home Counties


We are pleased to announce the formation of StrettonsSiteSales, a joint venture to provide an end-to-end new build development consultancy, marketing and sales service with SiteSales Property Group.

The partnership will bring together the vast experience of two specialist companies and provide market-facing advice and expertise gained from decades in dealing with substantial residential-led development sites. Their combined work will expand each independent firm’s service offering to help bring more value to clients and their development projects.

This comprehensive service will bring benefits to developers of both private and affordable housing of new homes who are tasked with meeting London’s house building targets, speeding up the approval, acquisition and sales processes.
