James joined Strettons in April 2026 and works in the commercial Lease Advisory team in our Valuations and Advisory Services team. He specialises in commercial property, and provides market focused advise on valuations and negotiations on behalf of clients.

Before joining Strettons, James worked at another Chartered firm, where he qualified on the Commercial Real Estate pathway and became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
