Joe joined the Receivership team in 2026, following 8 years at Strettons working as a capital markets, investment, and commercial agency surveyor.

Experienced in receivership, asset management, real estate investment, and commercial agency across office, residential, retail, and industrial sectors, property management, planning feasibility, and development viability.

Joe completed a Real Estate BSc Hons degree in 2017 and uses his experience to support lenders with debt recovery and asset management across distressed residential and commercial property portfolios across the UK.
