Charles Kornbluth, BSc MRICS RPR

Charles is Director of Receivership at Strettons, having joined the firm in 2019.

He is a Registered Property Receiver and professional member of the RICS and NARA - The Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers.

Charles has taken appointments as LPA Receiver on fixed charges and debentures for several years. Cases have been across all property types throughout the UK and Wales, including high-value residential properties in London, mixed-use properties, and part-completed development sites.

Charles is a trusted advisor to lenders, providing realistic and commercial advice on short and long-term strategies, and takes personal responsibility for implementing them. His experience in various sectors and disciplines enables him to advise across a variety of asset classes, and his careful and fair approach helps achieve positive results for lenders and borrowers.

Before specialising in receivership, Charles worked for Capita and was responsible for the land assembly of key development sites for the Brent Cross South regeneration in London.
