Maryam graduated from university with a BSc in Business and Management and is now studying towards a Real Estate Development MSc to achieve her RICS APC qualification.

Maryam joined Strettons in 2021 and worked in our Valuation and Advisory Services team within Lease Advisory, including rent reviews and lease renewal valuations. 

She joined our Auction team in 2022, where her work consisted of appraisals and selling residential, commercial and industrial properties. 

She currently works under the Receivership and Recovery team, using her knowledge to assist with debt collection on behalf of lenders.
