Letting retail space to Monsoon in Islington

The premises occupy the basement and ground floors of a corner, character terraced mixed-use building the former Old Parrs Head Pub. The outside of the façade is partly the original tiled frontage with character windows and entrances on both Upper Street and Cross Street. 

The client wanted us to maintain the value of the new estate, run services at value for money and manage the occupiers proactively and communicatively so they could get on with running their own business and concentrate on new acquisitions.
