Strettons acted on behalf of The Milton Group in securing two significant lettings at Abbey Trade Park, a new development of four Grade A industrial and trade units in Waltham Abbey.

The first transaction of Unit D, comprising 10,157 sq ft was let to Paragon Projections at £228,533 per annum (£22.50 per sq ft). The letting was agreed on a 10-year term with a tenant-only break in year five.

This was followed by the letting of Units A-C, totalling 22,596 sq ft, to Global Outdoor Media Ltd at £21 per sq ft on a 10-year and three-month term, with a tenant break in year eight.

Sustainability forms an important part of the development’s specification, with EPC A+ and BREEAM ‘Very Good’ ratings, alongside photovoltaic roof panels and active and passive EV charging points.
