Advising on a proposed industrial scheme at Anchor Wharf

The property is in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, on the south side of Yeo Street. The two sites have been combined to provide a total site area of 1.62 acres. 

Anchor Wharf comprises a single-storey industrial building of approximately 12,000 sq ft with a yard to the rear of approximately 9,000 sq ft.

We were instructed to set out our view on the proposed scheme for continued commercial use, specifically B1 office and light industrial at Anchor Wharf. 

This was required in support of a pre-planning application to comprehensively redevelop the scheme to provide a mixed use residential-led scheme.
