Sale of 32,043 sq ft industrial warehouse investment in Leyton

On behalf of the landlord, we were instructed to settle the outstanding rent review with the current tenant at Alito House.  

Alito House is a modern 32,043 sq ft warehouse consisting of offices and a secure yard. The unit is occupied by online grocery solutions and logistics business, Ocado Group.  

We successfully agreed on an uplift on the passing rent and went on to secure a sale of the property as an investment opportunity. The investment was sold to London Metric (advised by Stonehill Partners) for £10.9 million in 2020.
