We were instructed to make a detailed inspection, prepare marketing particulars, and circulate them to all prospective tenants for the units on Bow Enterprise Park, a mixed-use development on Fittleton Close. 

The self-contained studios and offices were arranged in an open plan layout, suitable for the creative/artistic sector. 

Our team advised the client on openly marketing the property for leasehold and completed deals for the units on behalf of Workspace. The estate is now fully let, with an occupier mix from the SME market.
