Commercial floorspace viability assessment for sustainable non-residential use

Sutton Wharf North, Palmers Road is located in the north of London Borough Tower Hamlets, between Bethnal Green and Bow districts. 

The vehicular access and lorry loading and parking are difficult due to the narrow road.

We were instructed to compile a report on the future potential for sustainable non-residential use. We provided a commercial floorspace viability assessment to assist with the potential for sustainable non-residential use.
