Edmonton Green Shopping Centre is a major shopping location in North London known for its retail, housing well-known names such as Asda and Lidl and an indoor market.

The shopping centre is well placed, immediately opposite Edmonton Green railway station and a large bus station on The Broadway.

We were instructed to market 31,000 sq ft of office space in three different blocks across the shopping centre. The space had been vacant for several years due to low demand for office space in the local area, harming the NOI for the shopping centre. To successfully let the vacant offices, we advised our client to consider other uses.
