The 1.81 acre site is located off Dock Road, within the proposed Thameside West Masterplan area and is zoned for release from Strategic Industrial Location use.

Strettons were instructed to market the site for sale, by way of an informal tender on an unconditional or conditional basis. In 2019 our team successfully achieved a sale of £20 million, on behalf of the client, purchased by Silvertown Homes.
