Acquiring 33,000 sq ft affordable studio space for Creative Land Trust

Established in 2019, Creative Land Trust works to secure long-term, affordable workspace for London’s artists and creatives, ensuring a prosperous future for the creative industries and practitioners in the city. 

Working with our Commercial Agency, Creative Land Trust acquired their first property at Stone Studios from developer Telford Homes. The 33,000 sq ft ground and lower ground floor space provides up to 180 affordable studios in vibrant Hackney Wick and was the first step towards the Trust’s goal of securing 1000 affordable workspaces for London artists and makers.
