Nick Jones

Nick Jones is Head of Flexible Workspace and leads the our Flexible workspace advisory service, bringing over a decade of experience across serviced, managed and leased workspace acquisitions.

Nick has worked across the full spectrum of occupier requirements – from single desks through to 300+ workstations and whole buildings – advising a broad mix of public and private sector clients, including NHS Trusts & Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), private equity firms such as Pantheon Ventures, and media companies such as CityAM.

His approach is consultative and growth-focused, helping clients align workspace strategy with wider business objectives.

Nick began in Office advisory in 2014 after a successful career in senior Saas Sales, and has previously worked with City-based commercial agency firm BBG, where as their Head of Flex he specialised in flexible office brokerage whilst also gaining experience and exposure to traditional office disposals and acquisitions.

More recently, he spent a year on the operator side as Commercial Director for a managed office provider, giving him direct insight into how flexible workspace is delivered, priced and commercialised and a broad network of agent relationships.

Nick’s primary focus is to grow the Strettons flex offering, to offer best of market advice at a time of changing needs, and in an increasingly hybrid and flexible workspace market. Nick returns to advisory with a well-rounded perspective across broker, landlord and operator roles, and adds further depth and knowledge across Stretton’s’ divisions such as Strettons Select.
