Letting industrial and warehouse units in Canning Town

We acted on behalf of the landlord to advise and openly market two vacant units at Project Park, to identify suitable tenants.  

Project Park is a multi-let industrial estate comprising 16 industrial and warehouse units. The estate benefits from easy access to road links including the A12 and A13, within walking distance is the DLR line. 

The units benefitted from good eaves height with dedicated parking and loading/forecourt areas. The team offered various marketing strategies, along with informing the landlord on the current market in terms of lease terms and rents which would be suitable to secure occupiers.   

The estate is now fully let and the units let for an average rent of £20 psf.
