Ashley Wright, BSc MA MRICS

Ashley has experience working in the public and private sectors, gaining specialist skills in landlord and tenant matters. He has dealt with a wide range of clients both before his time at Strettons and during his current role, from individual investors to large corporate companies. 

Since joining Strettons, Ashley has been part of the Property Management team and has worked his way up to leading his own team.

Before joining Strettons, Ashley had four years of experience undertaking landlord and tenant, agency and valuation work within the London Borough of Barnet Council's Estates department. He also worked for CBRE for three years as the UK Portfolio Manager for Shell, undertaking and reporting on the property management of the sites within their extensive portfolio.
