Job Title: Administrator/Receptionist (Job Share)

Monday–Wednesday  9.00am-5.30pm

Location: Shoreditch, London, EC2 4NW (accessible from Old Street, Moorgate and Liverpool Street Stations).

Our Administrators and Receptionists play a really important role in our Operations Team.

We have recently moved to new offices in Shoreditch and have the requirement for an Administrator/Receptionist.

It's imperative applicants have a strong administrative background, strong communication skills, the ability to use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and have previous Reception experience. Being able to manage incoming calls efficiently is of paramount importance, which you must be able to demonstrate and have previous experience to undertake this.
