Our asset management service focuses on achieving our clients’ objectives by actively and strategically looking for ways to maintain and enhance the rental and capital value of their investments.

Property requires constant review and a proactive approach to management to identify opportunities for optimising value and rental revenue. Our asset management service is personalised, and can include:

      • Identifying opportunities to secure planning permission for higher value uses
      • Re-gearing of leases before expiry or securing early vacant possession to unlock value
      • Maximising the value of our clients' investments by planning for implementation of service charges or sinking fund accruals
      • Identifying opportunities for income from underutilised parts of a building

We also have a property portfolio management team to advise on how to add value to our clients' investments, maintain their income flow, ensure tenants comply with their leases and provide advice on repair and maintenance.
