Construction Begins On New 100 Bedroom Travelodge in Loughton

A substantial new hotel is coming to Loughton, Essex, following a deal between Higgins Group and Travelodge. Strettons has advised on the deal for its client, Travelodge.

Higgins Group, a leading contractor developer operating across London and the South East, is progressing the redevelopment of its current headquarters on Langston Road to create the 100-bedroom Travelodge hotel.

Dominic Higgins, Chief Operating Officer of Higgins Group, said: “We are thrilled to have reached an agreement with Travelodge and to have commenced construction of the project. This will cement the next stage of Higgins Group’s commitment to Loughton whilst delivering benefits to both our company and the wider area.”
