Olivia Boulting, MNAVA

Olivia joined Strettons as a Director & Auctioneer in September 2026, bringing over 15 years of property experience in estate agency and auctions across residential, commercial, land and development opportunities.

Prior to joining Strettons, Olivia worked at another leading auction house, leading the UK southern territories where she became an auctioneer in 2023 and advises private clients, investors and property professionals on auction strategy and disposal.

Olivia is an experienced rostrum auctioneer and has also regularly appeared as a property expert on BBC’s Homes under the Hammer as well as hosting an auction podcast.
