Strettons Announces Six Senior Promotions

July 02 2026

Strettons has announced a series of senior promotions across its commercial agency, auction, lease advisory, structured finance, and technology teams, recognising the contribution of long-standing colleagues and reflecting the firm’s continued growth.

  • Tom Schwier — Board Director
  • Robert Woolfe — Salaried Director
  • Bryn Nettle — Associate Director and Head of Residential Sales and Lettings
  • Richard Allen — Head of Technology
  • Andreas Kasiouris — Head of Structured Finance
  • Harry Salter — Head of Lease Advisory

Tom Schwier joined the City fringe commercial agency team in 2017 and has been instrumental in building Strettons’ award-winning offices team across the City fringe and inner East and North London. He has also worked with the management team on Strettons Select, a turnkey, fully managed solution for office occupiers that is set to expand further this year.

Robert Woolfe joined the Auction Team in 2007, combining strong market insight and technical expertise with a tenacious approach to deal progression.

Bryn Nettle joined Strettons’ Auction Team two years ago following a 13-year estate agency career. Bryn helped launch Strettons’ Residential Private Treaty Sales Department in July 2024, and has led the residential team over the past 12 months.

Richard Allen will lead Strettons’ IT and systems oversight whilst continuing to oversee the Management Accounts function.

Andreas Kasiouris will lead Strettons’ newly launched structured finance division, advising clients on funding strategy and portfolio structuring across acquisitions, refinancing, development and portfolio growth.

Harry Salter will lead Strettons’ lease advisory team, advising landlords and occupiers on rent reviews, lease renewals and related professional work. His promotion recognises his growing contribution to the firm’s advisory offer and the strength of his client relationships.

Mark Bolton, Managing Director at Strettons, said: “These promotions reflect the depth of talent we have across the business and the real contribution each of these colleagues has made. Tom, Robert and Bryn have all been instrumental in the success of their teams, Andreas and Harry are leading important areas of our growing advisory offer, and Richard is stepping into a role that will be increasingly important to how we operate as the firm grows.”

“As Strettons continues to broaden the services we offer clients, our internal structure has to keep pace. Recognising the people who have helped build the business, and giving them the platform to take it forward, is a key part of that, and I’m confident each of them will make a real impact in their new roles.”
