Strettons Targets Flexible Office Sector Growth

May 29 2026

Strettons Director Tom Schwier launches ‘Strettons Select’ managed service with Nick Jones joining as Head of Flexible Workspace.

Multi-disciplinary property consultancy Strettons has launched ‘Strettons Select’ a managed office solution that enables landlords to operate their properties as flexible workspaces, with Strettons providing the expertise to deliver a turnkey product to tenants.

Strettons has launched the service in response to continuing shifts in the London office market, with occupiers increasingly demanding flexibility, simplicity and speed, and landlords looking for ways to position assets for the modern workplace without losing control of the tenant relationship.

The service is built around a direct leasing agreement between landlord and tenant, allowing landlords to retain ownership of the relationship while responding to rising occupier demand for more agile space. Two offices, 1–3 Sun Street in the City and the 4th Floor at 33 Great Sutton Street in Shoreditch, have already been delivered under the Strettons Select model.

Strettons Director, Tom Schwier commented “Strettons is uniquely positioned to help landlords respond to changing occupier demands. By combing our agency and property management capabilities, and working alongside landlords, we can deliver high-quality sustainable workspaces, fit for the modern market. This will attract more occupiers, improve returns and provide an effective and economical option to brokers.”

Further strengthening its offering to the occupier market, Strettons has appointed Nick Jones as Head of Flexible Workspace. Nick and the established Strettons’ team will give tenants whole-of-market access across leased, serviced and managed workspaces.

Nick joins Strettons with over a decade of experience in the London office market, having advised on serviced, managed and leased acquisitions for occupiers ranging from early-stage businesses through to NHS trusts and private-equity-backed firms. Prior to joining Strettons he ran his own advisory platform, Egerton Jones, and previously led flexible office activity for a City-based commercial property firm. He has also held a senior role on the operator side of the managed market, giving him perspective from both sides of the table.

Nick Jones said: “The flexible workspace market continues to evolve rapidly, and occupiers are increasingly looking for advice that cuts across traditional leasing, managed solutions and serviced space. Strettons has a strong presence across Shoreditch, the City fringe, North London and increasingly the City itself, and I’m delighted to be joining the business to build out a more joined-up approach for tenants.”

The launch of Strettons Select and appointment of Nick Jones come as London continues to see the rise of the flexible office market, with both occupiers and landlords seeking greater adaptability in response to changing working patterns.
